Everyone wants to make a difference in their lives. There is no more certain way to make a difference than to serve the Lord and his church. God tells us that our labor will never be in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58) The resurrection of Jesus all but guarantees that serving him will make a difference. We have listed some opportunities below to partner with New Life Church and make a difference. Hopefully, you can find something here that you will enjoy while you make a difference.

As each of you has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength God supplies — in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.” 1 Peter 4:10-11

Love INC Support

Do you have a heart for reaching your community and connecting people to the church? Then this is a great opportunity for you.

“The Bridge of Hope” Call Center is a practical way to support Love INC’s ministry by offering support through incoming calls, check-ins, and providing support to neighbors in need through resources and prayer.

The Church Ministry Coordinator (CMC) position is vital for Love INC and its church. They are the connecting point between Love INC and its church partners and play an integral role in keeping their church connected to those in need in the community. If you would like more information, please speak with your Campus Pastor.

Coffee Cart

Be part of New Life Church's most talked-about ministry! Coffee Cart has served coffee and pastries to West Linn High School students before school for over 30 years, serving ten percent of the student body last year!

We're planning to begin in the first week of October. We will probably serve a couple of yet-to-be-determined days per week. Coffee Cart runs from 7-9 a.m.

You can help with logistics and clean up and/or engage with students. We want every one of these kids to feel special and cared for. Contact Von Fullington with questions or if you are interested.

Audio/Visual Technicians

Do you like technical things? Do you have an ear for a good sound mix? Do you like it when the lyrics are on the screen when we are supposed to sing them? Then this opportunity might be for you.

This behind-the-scenes opportunity is available at each of our locations. No experience is necessary, and you will be trained. Email the church office, and we will direct you to the right person!

Global Outreach (G.O.) Team

Serve on the G.O. Team to help connect the church with our partners and build support for their work around the world. Or, talk to the G.O. Team about going yourself. Either way, this opportunity is in the sweet spot of the Great Commission: “Go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19-20) Contact Tim Robertson for more information.

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery helps people with their hurts, habits and hangups. Part of each Friday evening is a meal for 15-25 people. If you like to cook, this is a great way to make a difference. We can reimburse for supplies, someone needs to be responsible for the meal. If you can cook once or twice a month, that would be great. Please email Scott Reavely for more information and to get involved.

West Linn Women’s Ministry

Do you have a heart for serving women? Here are two opportunities: Hospitality — We need women who will help with set-up and tear-down, or food preparation for events. This includes our 1st Thursday Connects and other major events.

Side-by-Side Bible Reading—You can serve women by simply coming alongside them and reading the Bible. This is a way to build life-changing relationships and meet new friends! Please email Marcia Reavely for more information.

Youth Groups

If high school or middle school was a pivotal time in your faith and you want to pass it on, we have opportunities in youth ministry. Or, if you have a vision to help young people navigate the challenges of being a teenager, then this might be the place for you. We need help on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings especially. Contact David Valencia for more information.

New Life Kids

Our Nursery through Elementary School kids programs are always looking for more people who would like to serve in helping teach our youngest attenders about Jesus and His love for us. You can apply to serve and complete necessary training on our site by following this link.
