Kingdom Initiative Feedback

Thank you for sharing some feedback on Kingdom Initiative 2022! We loved hearing what prompt has been most challenging or a favorite. Here is what some had to say about #ki2022!

My favorite so far is the one to visit the area of the website that shows the missionaries and pray for them. When I was growing up we had a pegboard behind our kitchen table with pictures of our missionaries , at each meal we would pray for one of them. I'm still fairly new here so I don't know who all the missionaries are yet so it was a good time to read about them all and pray for them I will continue to use that until I know them all.

Pray for the first person you see. That was my favorite.

My favorite prompt so far has been the suggestion to take a short walk through our neighborhood and ask God for help to see things or people to pray for.

Thank you for this! I have enjoyed it! I love having alarms on my Fitbit to pray and the list of neighbors I pray for regularly. Fun to pray for the first person I saw. Creative! Looking forward to more! ️

I love the Kingdom Initiative prompts! It makes me feel more connected with the church and the elder board. It keeps me focused on The Lord and being more aware of Him. Some of my favorite prompts were to pray for a non believer. I now have shared my faith with my high school best friend who lives in Australia and whom I'll be seeing in person in April after 42 years! Also praying for someone and letting them know. Praying for one of the church members. And praying for our missionaries! I look forward to the prompts every day. One day the prompt was late and I was so glad to see it later! It is definitely challenging and I need to brush up on my testimony and how I can share my faith lovingly. Thank you and God bless you.

I appreciate the kingdom initiative prompts. They are helping me in learning how and what and for whom to pray. I confess I haven't done them all. I like the prompt for a 5 min. Recurring appt. to pray. I put it at mid day as that's not when I usually think to pray. My favorite was the first one, reflect on 2021 and give thanks...it was a year of big changes and challenges for me and it was amazing to see Gods tender care for myself and my family. I also liked the one on writing out a prayer as it's the best way I can pray. Every word is intentional and focused. But those two weren't challenging for me as I do them anyway. The biggest challenge for me was the one that said, after listening to someone, ask them if you can pray for them. I confess that I failed that challenge Thank you kingdom initiative team! I look forward to more prompts!

Take 5 minutes to reflect on Psalm 19. Ask God to help you think about what you need.
