Proverbs 3

7 Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD, and turn away from evil.

Proverbs 11

2 When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom.

Proverbs 16

18 Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. 19 It is better to be of a lowly spirit with the poor than to divide the spoil with the proud. 20 Whoever gives thought to the word will discover good, and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD.

Proverbs 26

12 Do you see a man who is wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.
