Read Matthew 9:1-8. Pray for one friend in need whom you can bring to Jesus.

Pray the Lord's Prayer today. Maybe write a paraphrase and expand it as you pray.

Pray then like this:

“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Matthew 6:9-13

Pray for someone and send them a short text telling them you are praying for them. That's all!

Pray for the first person you see in any given place today -- the first family member, the first person at work, etc.
