Section 1: Leadership Positions

A. List

The leaders of the Church shall be the elders, pastors, and ministry leaders as described below.

B. General Qualifications

1. The leaders of the Church shall be believers in Jesus Christ and members in good standing in the Church.

2. They shall demonstrate gifting, aptitude, and availability necessary to serve in the leadership role for which they are selected.
